ZZU Rentals is owned by longtime Pullman local Jacob T. Davis, who also owns Woodbridge Real Estate. Jacob brings 13 years of property-management and property-restoration experience to the company.

Jacob T. Davis is the owner of ZZU Rentals and Woodbridge Real Estate. His background includes extensive experience in property management and property restoration, as well as residential and investment real estate.
Jacob’s practical knowledge of properties influences the way ZZU Rentals is managed. His focus is not simply on filling a vacancy; it is on maintaining rentals properly, communicating clearly, and providing guests with a comfortable place to stay.
